You pay for each session as you go, there are no subscription fees and no hidden costs. Prices are dependent on the length of your session.
We offer all new clients a free 25 minute initial consultation. This session allows you to get a feel for video consultations, meet your therapist, and talk briefly about your requirements.
Payment is taken through the app and we accept all major credit and debit cards. Your sensitive card details are encrypted using SSL (secure sockets layer technology) before transmission to our secure payment service provider Stripe. Your card details will never be stored on our servers.
Monday – Sunday: 8am to 10pm
Appointments are available 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays. Appointments can be booked on demand, within one hour.
